Quit laughing! This is not funny!

There’s nothing funny about dementia. It is heartbreaking to see someone you love decline mentally such that they can no longer speak coherently or follow a train of thought. It’s horrifying when they start to lose their abilities… and their memories. Dementia is sad and tragic and makes everyone it touches feel helpless and afraid.
The situation doesn’t get any funnier when the person in question is president of your country — and also commander-in-chief of a warmongering empire possessing thousands of nuclear weapons.
It’s also not very funny to live in a country where the dominant news media outlets, journalists, and pundits are engaged in a years-long project to cover up the dementia-riddled president’s failing cognitive abilities.
It’s not funny when these “trusted” entities lie over and over to the American people (and the world) that the obviously cognitively impaired president is “sharp as a tack!”
And yet, somehow, when a talented video editor (Matt Orfalea) puts together a bunch of examples of these unfunny things, it can be hilarious. Today I’m just going to share such a video with you. It’s well worth the 19 minute investment.
