I had a weird thought the other day that I just have to share.
Most of you will be familiar with the concept of “stolen valor”, in which a person who never served in the military wears a uniform in public or in some other way acts as a military imposter.
It’s certainly annoying behavior, especially for those people who actually did serve in the military — more so if they were in combat.
The matter was even taken seriously enough to be addressed by Congress and made illegal in certain ways with the Stolen Valor Acts of 2005 and 2013.
I am sometimes reminded of stolen valor when I see some of the modern trans insanity, specifically the variety in which males pretend to be females.
I’m not talking about the instances that are pure perversion, where some creep likes to wear women’s clothes into women’s bathrooms or spas or locker rooms and not-so-subtly turn themselves on via exhibitionism.
Nor am I talking about men who compete against women in sports. This is more like cowardice, grifting, and in the case of MMA and wrestling, merely a cruel and violent misogyny.
No, the stolen valor concept crosses my mind when these weirdos try to simulate lactation and breast-feeding or claim to suffer menstrual cramps and have periods, even to the bizarre point of inserting red fluid inside themselves for the purposes of simulating menstrual bleeding.
It’s gotten so weird that men in dresses are advertising feminine hygiene products.
What on earth is this madness if not men trying to get some unearned kudos for serving and suffering in ways that are uniquely female?
I just can’t shake the idea that some of this lunacy is a weird emotional grift. I can almost hear some hairy loon in a skirt leaning in to some actual woman suffering menstrual cramps and insisting, Bill Clinton style, “I feel your pain!”.
Creepy. And wrong, of course. Very very wrong.
Anyway, weird thought, I know. But I had to share it. Thanks for listening.
Naturally,
Adam
worst part of these lactation-inducing lunatics is their 'milk' is being touted as healthy for babies. Utter F'ing madness
