What the heck is Quiet Skies and is it used to "get revenge"?

Irresponsible rumor dept: Tulsi, Kamala, and the TSA

I’ve left Las Vegas to visit Los Angeles to spend time with friends who are as close as family. So today, I’m just going to briefly share with you a weird thought I had.

One of the many peculiar stories of this year was the whistleblower revelation that Tulsi Gabbard has been targeted by the Quiet Skies program that is administered by the US Marshall’s Service.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve never heard of this program before now. It’s a part of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), that grotesque and useless monstrosity our government uses to punish us mere citizens because they didn’t protect us during 9/11/2001 from the blowback they caused as they played Risk* in the Middle East for decades like greedy, irresponsible, psychopaths.

(Oops. Forgive my heavily biased, Ron Paul inspired rant. That was mean for another essay.)

Quiet Skies is where two US Air Marshalls per “suspect” per flight are tasked to follow an individual as they fly. To date the program has resulted in zero arrests. One wonders what it’s for. Perhaps it’s just another jobs program.

And why on earth is Tulsi Gabbard targeted by it? She’s an officer in the US military. She was a US Congresswoman. She’s obviously not an actual security threat. What the hell is going on?

I don’t know, but I can’t help but suspect that part of it is that Gabbard has been a very vocal critic of the Military Industrial Complex and the US empire’s endless campaign of regime-change wars around the world.

Oh, and also she humiliated the sitting vice president and current Democratic presidential nominee during the 2020 presidential primaries. No joke, Tulsi Gabbard wrecked Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign in 2020 in one epic debate moment.

Is Harris responsible for this harassment of Gabbard as some kind of petty revenge?

I don’t know, but I wonder. Harris sure seems like the kind of vindictive creep who would abuse her power like that. I sure hope she doesn’t get any more of it than she already has.
