I would like to add what is IMO the greatest soundtrack ever for one of the worst movies ever, Judgement Night, a full album of what Aerosmith & Run DMC started in the 80s. Killer duos such as Ice-T and Slayer, Pearl Jam and Cypress Hill, Dinosaur Jr and Del tha Funky Homosapien, Helmet and House of Pain and the perfectly paired Biohazard and Onyx, to name a few. Since apparently quality hip hop is appreciated (was surprised to hear the honorable mentions of 8 Mile and Straight Outta Compton to be honest), highly recommend the album if ya'll never listened before.
Oh wow. What a cool idea for a soundtrack! It's not the kind of music I would automatically gravitate to, but I can't deny that those songs are catchy. Thanks again for the tip!
Yea it was definitely a great concept, and for me, it was perfect. Both my favorite genres, and lot of my favorite bands / rappers. Don't bother with the movie though. It was corny af even to me in high school :)
