I love games.
Very interesting read. You’d think I would know all of this by now. But I don’t. That was great.
Thank you!
I like games centered around cooperation not competition
I do too! There is a card game where four people coordinate their actions to escape an ancient ruined city. Can’t remember the name, but it’s fun!
They are far less numerous than competitive games, but they are great. I guess the most popular of them all is Dumgeons and Dragons.
And of course World of Warcraft and similar games.
Games, games, games… how I love them.
While not the strategist you are, I love games as well! I favor making the game interesting over always winning, so not always the best player to have around. Have you played Netrunner? I think you would find it interesting. https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/android-netrunner-the-card-game/
I haven't! Maybe I'll check it out.
I also have a tendency to favor interesting over what many would describe as "optimal". But in a poker game, often being interesting is more profitable than just playing like a robot.
It's such a unique game!
